How to Order

2. You will receive a confirmation email of your order and the amount payable.
3. Payment can be made via bank transfer to the following account: POSB Saving 207-57834-7
4. Delivery will only be made upon receipt of payment. Please quote the transaction number in your email to us. Standard delivery within Singapore will be $5.oo for each package (unless otherwise stated) and will take 3-5 working days. Overseas delivery charges will be advised accordingly.
5. For members, you will enjoy free delivery if you purchase $50.00 and above. For non members, you will need a minimum purchase of $70.
6. Delivery will be by registered mail or courier so please ensure someone will be available during office hours to sign for your purchases.
7. Goods sold are strictly non returnable and non refundable. If you are unsure of the size to order, please email us your pet's body length and chest width and we will advise you accordingly.
8. Spot something you like but it doesn't come in your pet's size? Fret not, simply drop us an email and we'll come back to you.
